By commissioning me, you agree to the terms below. These exist to protect both of us — to set clear expectations, prevent misunderstandings, and make sure we both know what we're agreeing to before any work starts.

If anything here is unclear, ask before ordering. I'd rather answer questions than have a dispute later.

1 · Ordering and payment

• All commissions require 100% upfront payment before I begin any work.
• Payment is made via Ko-fi (standard tiers) or PayPal (custom/larger work, negotiated first).
• Prices are listed in my commission menu. They are in euros and do not include any fees Ko-fi or PayPal may add on your end.
• Ordering a commission means you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

2 · The brief and references

Before I start, I will ask for:

• A description of your character or creature
• Any existing artwork or references you can share
• Pose, mood, or composition preferences
• (For painterly full-body and bestiary commissions) details about the environment or worldbuilding context

The more reference and detail you provide, the more accurately I can deliver what you want. If you don't have references and want me to design the character from your description, the "no reference / design from scratch" add-on (+40 €) applies.

3 · Process, revisions, and stages

I work in stages: sketch → flats / base → rendering → final pass. I will share my progress at key stages.
